Um, Yeah Sort of?” The Doctor said,” Good, cause it's not like that at all.” Yaz said,” Nothing changes.” Joey gave him a look and asked,” Really?” The Doctor replied,” Yes, but if it helps you understand that's fine.” Ava Deanne asked The Doctor,” How are we going to keep people off of computers, Phone's, gaming consoles, iPads, and iwatches?” Yaz said,” What if we cause a temporary power outage worldwide but still have power to stop nuclear waste from going off?” The Doctor responded,” I knew I missed you Yaz. This is a brilliant idea.” Joey said,” A feedback loop?” The Doctor said,” I have just the thing.” 

Putting some devices needed together to cause controlled power outages across the world. Joey put the chargers, blocks, and Cords to work as a feedback loop. Ava Deanne asked,” Will this work Doctor?” Joey starred in hopeful that it will. Yaz told them,” I trust The Doctor, hold fast, Joey Smith and Ava Deanne. He knows what he's doing.”
